Is the membership for twelve months for the remaining calendar year?
Your membership will be in effect for twelve months from the date you join.

How do I know when my membership expires?
When you are logged in, your renewal date will be shown on the My Membership page.

I hate getting the renewal notices. Is there any way to avoid them?
Most members find the renewal notices to be a convenient way to ensure they don't miss out on any Churchill Club programs. If you would like to simplify your renewal, click the Auto-renew Membership box on the Edit Billing page under My Membership. You must also have a credit card on file to take advantage of this benefit. You will receive an email each year to inform you that your membership has been renewed.

Will I receive a membership card?
No. When you register for a program, the system will automatically recognize your log-in information and membership status, and you will receive the member rate based accordingly.

Can I give a Churchill Club membership as a gift?
Absolutely. To make sure we get all the details correct, please email info@churchillclub.org and she'll be able to confirm that the gift recipient is not currently a member. We'll be happy to send a letter to your gift recipient to confirm the gift and benefits.

Is there a special membership for students?
Full-time students may receive a discounted annual membership fee of $25 by faxing a copy of their student ID, membership application, and credit card information to (408) 265-0137, or sending it to 3150 Almaden Expressway, Suite 214, San Jose, CA 95118.

Do you give my personal information to other companies?
The Churchill Club respects our members' privacy. Any personal information that you provide to the Club through membership or event registration is kept confidential and will not be sold, rented, traded, or distributed to any other company or individual.

When you register for membership or programs, we collect your personal information for specific, limited purposes. This information enables us to better serve your needs, sending you updates on our activities and other programs we believe may be of interest to you, responding to your requests, and tracking activity on our website to determine which features are more desirable. The information is also used to pre-populate forms with your information.

You may choose to opt out at any time to avoid receiving any unwanted emails by modifying your profile online at My Membership or by emailing your request to: info@churchillclub.org.
